You can avoid missing out on this fantastic event by registering
your team as soon as possible. We have a limited number of
places that are filling fast. Entries are to be completed
4 weeks prior to the race day - Do not leave it until the
last minute or your team may miss out!

No BYO alcohol
Alcohol and soft drinks will be available
for purchase on site on the day. Please be advised that
money generated from the sales of alcohol and soft drinks
is for fundraising activities.

Boat Layout

Please note that for safety and insurance
reasons your completed entry form, disclaimer and payment
are required two weeks prior to the racing to ensure your
team can compete. Each team is limited
to a maximum of 22 people (maximum of 18 in the boat
for each race).
Sponsorship Form
As a SILVER SPONSOR you
have the choice of receiving for your sponsorship of $1000:
Your logo and Company Name will feature prominently on both
sides of a Dragon Boat which will be named after your company.
OR
Your Logo and Company Name will be displayed in large print
on one side of the Boat Trailer.
OR
Your Logo and Company Name will be displayed on the back of
200 “T” Shirts.
As a BRONZE SPONSOR you have the choice of:
For $250 sponsorship you will have a semi final named after
your company.
OR
For $150 sponsorship you will have a heat named after your
company.
OR
For $500 sponsorship you will have the Tug of war named after
your company.
Please note that you can sponsor more than one of the above
becoming a multi bronze sponsor.

FROM THIS EVENT TO
1. Rotary Cord Blood Bank – 20%.
2. Rotary Polio Eradication Project – 20%.
3. Rotary Shelter Boxes – 20%.
4. Projects to support our local youth in activities such
as Leeuwin Voyages, Siemens Science Experience and Youth Exchange
– 20%.
5. Support Kimberley Literacy Strategies
especially 0 to 4 projects – 20%
