Dragon Boat racing in
Broome is a community event held at the beautiful Town Beach
in Broome each year.
The combined participation and support from all the Broome
community groups, businesses, sponsors and supporters is a
vital ingredient for making the Dragon Boats day such a successful
event. The members of the Rotary Club of Broome extend their
thanks and appreciation to all that have helped and continue
to assist.
Please note that for safety and insurance reasons your
completed entry form, disclaimer and payment are required
two weeks prior to the racing to ensure your team can compete.
Each team is limited to a maximum of
22 people (a maximum of 18 in the dragon boat for each
race).
Thanks goes to all our sponsors and to all the other community
groups and helpers that work together to make the Dragon Boats
Regatta day a huge success!

The Broome Volunteer
Sea Rescue and The Broome Surf Life Saving Club are
an essential part of the Dragon Boat Racing event.
We receive fantastic
support from these two voluntary organisations by donating
their time, effort and equipment to provide a people
and boat rescue service.
