Dragon Boat racing in
Broome is an event during the famous Shinju Matsuri Festival
in Broome each year.
The combined participation and support from all the Broome
community groups, businesses, sponsors and supporters is a
vital ingredient for making the Dragon Boats day such a successful
event. The members of the Rotary Club of Broome extend their
thanks and appreciation to all that have helped and continue
to assist.
Alcohol and soft drinks will be available
for purchase on site on the day. Please be advised that money
generated from the sales of alcohol and soft drinks is for
fundraising activities.

The Broome
Volunteer Sea Rescue and The Broome Surf Life Saving
Club are an
essential part of the Dragon

these two voluntary
organisations by donating their time, effort and
equipment to provide a people and boat rescue service.
